50K Students Return To Kota To Prepare For Competitive Exams
Jaipur: More than 50,000 students, who were back home during the lockdown, have now returned to Kota, Rajasthan’s education hub. The students have started preparations with the aim of cracking various competitive exams.
Despite adverse circumstances, including lockdown and curfew for the whole year, Kota maintained its credibility in preparing students for the entrance examinations in both engineering and medical.
Two students from Kota coaching have got 100 percentile —300 out of 300 marks — in the recently released JEE-Main February result. Allen Career Institute student Soyeb Aftab created history by scoring 720 out of 720 In NEET-UG.
Students studying in Kota also topped the charts in the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) Fellowship 2020 Result. The highest number of students from Kota has been shortlisted for the qualifying round of the Olympiads.
“The students and parents across the country have again expressed confidence in the Kota system and teaching methodology.
“The institutes are continuously delivering better results. Students are constantly coming here to prepare for their dream careers. Here in Covid time, we started a 31-bed hospital dedicated to students. Students’ health and safety are the priority for Allen,” Allen Career Institute’s director, Naveen Maheshwari was quoted as saying by news agency IANS.
