Plea In Supreme Court Seeks Postponement of NEET-PG 2022
New Delhi: A plea was filed in the Supreme Court on Tuesday that sought the postponement of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) scheduled for March 12 for admissions in postgraduate medical courses.
The plea claimed that several MBBS graduates would not be able to appear for the examination as they are yet to complete their mandatory internship periods.
Six MBBS graduates filed the plea through Dubey Law Chambers and sought direction to the National Board of Examination (NBE) to postpone the scheduled test. They sought to put a hold on the exams till various requirements like completion of the mandatory internship period, set forth in the PG Regulations, are met by many candidates.
