NEW DELHI: The Consortium of National Law Universities has issued a comprehensive set of guidelines for the candidates appearing for CLAT 2025.

The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 is scheduled to be conducted on December 1, 2024, in a single session from 2 pm to 4 pm.
Instructions for the exam day
- Entry and seating: Candidates will be allowed to enter the exam centre from 1 pm and must be seated in their designated seats by 1:30 pm.
- Leaving the examination hall before 4 pm is not permitted.
Documents to be carried to exam centre
- Admit card
- Government-issued ID proof
- Disability certificate (if applicable)
- Permitted Items: The following items are allowed inside the exam hall:
- Black or blue ballpoint pen
- Transparent water bottle
- Analogue watch
- Government-issued ID proof
Question booklet (QB) verification
The question booklet will display the candidate’s photograph, name, and admit card number. Candidates should verify these details upon receiving the booklet.
OMR response sheet
- All answers must be marked on the OMR sheet provided
- The original OMR sheet must be submitted to the invigilator after the test
- Candidates must fill in and sign the attendance sheet with their QB and OMR numbers
Post-exam details
- Their signed Admit Card for future reference during the admission process.
- The Question Booklet and their copy of the OMR response sheet for personal records.
