Coronavirus Scare: Exams Conducted By OPSC In Odisha Postponed

Cuttack: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Wednesday suspended all written and viva voce tests to be conducted by it in view of the health advisory issued by the state government on the  coronavirus.

“It is for information of all concerned that all the scheduled Written Examination /Viva Voce test of  Odisha Public  Service Commission are hereby postponed until further orders in view of the pandemic situation arising out of COVID-19 (Novel Corona Virus),” the OPSC notification said.

It was to hold three examinations by March 31 – written examination for  assistant fisheries officer post on March 22, viva voce test for assistant executive engineer (civil and mechanical) post from March 24 and the main written examination for Civil Judge posts in the Odisha Judicial Service, 2019, from March 30.
