AIIMS Delhi, IIT Bhubaneswar REP Sign MoU To Rewire Doctors’ Minds With AI And Gamified Training

BHUBANESWAR: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi has launched a major health‑education initiative in partnership with the IIT Bhubaneswar Research and Entrepreneurship Park (IT Bhubaneswar REP).

Under a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the institutions will collaborate on two pioneering projects in mental health and medical training.

The first project – AASHA – HOPE (MANASA SANTULAN) will focus on training postgraduate doctors in mental health using advanced, AI‑driven habit‑building tools designed to improve clinical practice and self‑care.

The second project (EVERYDAY HERO – GAMIFICATION OF TRAINING FOR HEALTHCARE WORKERS) will apply gamification techniques to make training for healthcare workers more engaging, practical, and outcome‑oriented. Both projects will be implemented with the domain experts of IIT Bhubaneswar REP, Thinkspace Edutech.

Together, these initiatives are expected to benefit all AIIMS campuses and more than 75,000 postgraduate doctors across India, marking a significant step towards strengthening the country’s healthcare workforce and driving a new phase of innovation in medical education.
