HYDERABAD: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline for registration window of the All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2025.
Students seeking admission to Classes 6 and 9 can now register and submit application form until January 23, 2025. Candidates can pay their exam fee until January 25, 2025.
The earlier deadline for the submitting the application form is January 13, 2025.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline for application forms after it received various representations from the candidates, a notification issued by the NTA said.

Step 1: Visit the official website exams.nta.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click the AISSEE 2025 registration link
Step 3: Register yourself and proceed with the application process
Step 4: Fill in the details, upload the required documents, and pay the fee
Step 5: Submit the form and take a printout for reference

Eligibility criteria for admission to Class VI
Candidates must be between 10 and 12 years of age as of March 31, 2023
Admission for girls is available only in Class VI in all Sainik Schools
Eligibility for admission to Class IX
Candidates must be between 13 and 15 years of age as of March 31, 2025, and should have passed Class VIII from a recognised school at the time of admission
Admission for girls to Class IX is subject to the availability of vacancies.
The age criteria for girls are the same as for boys, with further details outlined in the information bulletin.
