New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued the admit card for those appearing in Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).
Keeping in mind the COVID-19 pandemic, the CBSE has also released necessary guidelines for the exam, which need to be strictly followed by the candidates.
The CTET is slated to be held on January 31 (Sunday) and for the safety of the candidates, exam centres have been increased to 135 from 112 cities, CBSE informed.
The Guidelines:
- To ensure that CTET examination is held safely ensuring the health and wellbeing of all, candidates are allowed to carry a pocket hand sanitiser (50ml) in transparent bottle, face mask and hand gloves (only on hands), transparent water bottle for personal use, admit card and identity card i.e. Aadhaar Card, Driver Lenience, Voter ID etc.
- Cover nose and mouth with mask
- Strictly follow social distancing norms
- Carry own drinking water
- Do not exchange or loan articles inside the examination hall.
- Use safe mode of transportation for commuting to the examination centre and returning home.
- Follow all instructions displayed in examination centre and communicated to the candidates
- Try avoiding contact with unknown persons
- Throw used tissue/ face mask, if any, into closed bins immediately after use
- Maintain good hygiene in washrooms during and after use
- Do not touch eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands
