CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship Registration Date Extended; Know How To Apply

New Delhi: The last date to register for the CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2020 has been extended till December 21 by the Central Board Of Secondary Education (CBSE), and students can apply for the scholarship on the official website, reported Jagran Josh.

The deadline for renewal of applications for fresh candidates is December 21 while the last date to submit a hard copy of application form is January 8, 2021. Earlier, the application deadline was December 10.

The eligibility criteria for students is a minimum of 60 per cent marks in CBSE Class X exams, studying in Class XI or XII in a CBSE affiliated school, with a monthly tuition fee of less than Rs 1,500 during the academic year.

Steps to Apply for the scholarship:

1) Visit the official website and click on the scholarship link

2) Click on the CBSE Scholarship Scheme for Single Girl Child 2020 link on the new page

3)  Download and fill the application form, and submit it online
