CTET July Result 2024 Declared; Check Results At ctet.nic.in
Bengaluru:The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) results for the examination conducted in July 2024.
The candidates, who appeared for the exam, can check their results using their application number and date on the official website – ctet.nic.in.
CTET 2024 examination was conducted on July 7, 2024, in more than 135 cities across India. The examination was held in twenty languages and divided into two shifts for two papers.
The results shared by CBSE showed that 127,159 candidates qualified for Paper 1, while 2,39,120 candidates qualified in Paper 2. As many as 8,30,242 candidates registered for Paper 1 and 16,99,823 candidates were registered for Paper 2. Out of the registered candidates, 6,78,707 candidates appeared for the paper 1 exam and 14,07,332 appeared for the paper 2 exam.
According to norms notified by CBSE, candidates must secure at least 60 per cent marks to qualify and receive a CTET certificate following the NCTE notification. But it is the discretion of the school management (including government, local bodies, government aided and unaided) to provide concessions for those candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, and differently-abled person categories.
How to check the CTET 2024 results?
Step 1: Go to the official CTET exam website: ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Open the result link at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: As a new window opens, enter the required credentials and click on ‘submit’.
Step 4: Results will be displayed that can be downloaded for future references
