DAIS Mumbai Ranked 10th Best IB School Globally
The Dhirubhai Ambani International School (DAIS) in Mumbai has been ranked as the 10th best International Baccalaureate school globally.
The school is affiliated to IB (International Baccalaureate), a programme of education for 16-19-year-old students. The IB leads to a qualification called the IB diploma.
As per an assessment of Education Advisers Limited, UK-based independent education consultants, DAIS students achieved an average score of 39.5 in class XII IB diploma.
Singapore-based Anglo Chinese, which topped the ranking list, had an average score of 41.5.
The Internation School of Bangalore was the only other Indian school which was ranked among the top 50 worldwide at the 41st position.
DAIS was established in 2003 and ever since its first batch of IB Diploma students graduated from the School in 2007, they have consistently achieved outstanding results in the IB Diploma examinations, said a statement.
