Goa Schools To Reopen for Classes X & XII On November 21

Panaji: Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said on Tuesday that schools will reopen for Class X and Class XII on November 21. Schools will adhere to all COVID-19 safety protocols on resumption.

Talking to the media, Sawant said that the state government had discussed the matter with all stakeholders before arriving at the decision to resume school for Classes X and XII.

“We have reviewed the situation, and it was a unanimous decision that from November 21 schools for standards 10 and 12 will resume with all SOPs in place,” Sawant was quoted as saying by news agency PTI. The decision will be communicated to all schools, he added.
