High Court Asks Andhra Govt To Reconsider Decision On Holding Class X & XII Board Exams

Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh High Court urged the state government to reconsider its decision to hold board examinations for Class X and XII students on Friday.

The court heard several petitions seeking the cancellation of the board exams due spiralling COVID cases on Friday. It asked the state government to submit an affidavit by May 3, the next date of the hearing.

The intermediate or Class XII board exams are slated to start on May 5, while the Class X examinations are to commence on June 14.
