HYDERABAD: The XLRI Delhi-NCR has secured 604 offers for its students during the summer internship placement process for the XLRI PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) 2024-2026 batch.
According to the placement report, all of the 576 students who participated in the programme have been offered internships.
This year, the average and median stipend offered is Rs. 1.67 lakh per month while the highest stipend offered was Rs. 3.50 lakh per month.
The median stipend, according to XLRI Delhi-NCR, offered to the batch stood at Rs. 1.60 lakh per month with the top tenth and 25th percentile average being Rs. 2.54 lakh per annum and Rs. 2.42 lakh per annum.
“Around 84% of all the offers secured will draw a stipend of at least Rs. 1 lakh per month and 64% will draw at least Rs. 1.5 lakh per month,” a statement issued by the institute said.
XLRI PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) 2024-2026 batch in Delhi NCR includes 32% freshers and the remaining students with substantial prior work experience across various sectors.
The major sectors that offered internships included consulting, finance, sales and marketing, general management, product management, operations, analytics, and human resources.
Each of these sectors reflects specific career interests of XLRI students, allowing them to specialise while gaining exposure to industry leaders and emerging firms alike, the institute added.
A total of 133 firms, including 37 new recruiters, participated in the XLRI Delhi-NCR summer internship placement process.
