IBPS Releases Tentative Exam Calendar For 2026-27 Recruitment Cycle
The calendar has exam dates for positions such as Probationary Officers (PO), Management Trainees (MT), Specialist Officers (SO), Customer Service Associates (CSA), and RRB Officers/Assistants
NEW DELHI: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released its tentative calendar of online examinations for 2026-27 for recruitment in Public Sector Banks (PSBs) and Regional Rural Banks (RRBs).
The calendar has exam dates for positions such as Probationary Officers (PO), Management Trainees (MT), Specialist Officers (SO), Customer Service Associates (CSA), and RRB Officers/Assistants.
For Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees, the preliminary exams will be conducted between August 22 and 23. The specialist officers’ exam will be held on August 29, while the customer service associates (CSA) exam will be held on October 10–11, 2026.
The main exams for PO and MT will be held on October 4. The mains for the specialist officers will be held on November 1. And CSA, the exam will be held on December 27, 2026, said an official notification.

For the Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) for CRP RRBs-XV (Officers & Office Assistants), these are the exam dates:
The recruitment process for Regional Rural Banks under CRP RRBs-XV includes posts for Officers and Office Assistants.
For Officer Scale I, the Preliminary Examination is scheduled for the November 21 and 22, 2026, followed by the Main Examination on December 20, 2026.

Candidates applying for Officer Scale II and III do not have a Preliminary round; instead, they will sit for a single examination on December 20, 2026.
The Office Assistants recruitment involves a Preliminary Examination held across three days—the December 6, 12, and 13, 2026—with the Main Examination taking place on January 30, 2027.
Applications will be accepted only through online mode, with candidates required to upload a recent passport-size photograph, signature, thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration.
A live photograph captured via webcam or mobile phone will also be mandatory. IBPS has emphasised that signatures must not be in capital letters.
