HYDERABAD: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will start free live sessions for students preparing for the May 2025 intermediate examination from September 9, 2024.
The ICAI free classes, organised by the Board of Studies (BoS), will include live lectures, interactive doubt-solving sessions, and access to recorded lectures.
The ICAI live virtual classes will be held in three sessions—from 7 am to 9:30 am, from 2:30 pm to 5 pm, and from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
Students can get the link to the classes by visiting the official website and downloading the notification.
Classes for papers like advanced accounting, corporate and other laws will be held on September 9 on different slabs.
On September 10, cost management and accounting and auditing ethics will be taught. Financial management will be discussed on September 13, followed by taxation (goods and services taxes) on September 19 and strategic management on September 28 and taxation (income tax laws) on October 4.
In a notification, the ICAI said that the session will be an interactive one and one on one which can be accessed from anywhere. The classes will be taken by learned faculties. Students can also see recorded lectures with an unlimited access opportunity.
The ‘Live Virtual Revisionary Classes’ will be conducted from September 25, 2024.
