Shillong: In collaboration with Talentedge and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Shillong, is set to launch an innovative HR learning certificate course.
The Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management is aimed at preparing professionals for a new world post-pandemic.
The IIM has partnered with SHRM for the first time. The one-year online programme has been designed specifically to equip learners for the faster-moving world post the pandemic.
The course is designed to help management students gain both the knowledge and the application of knowledge by focusing on critical knowledge, skills, and competencies that HR professionals need to scale the next level of success in the New Normal.
“In our efforts to bridge the industry-academia gap, IIM Shillong and SHRM have co-designed this programme along with Talentedge for professionals who wish to upgrade their knowledge in the domain of HR. This programme needs to be the last stop for anyone who desires to gain professional education in the field of HR. We’re bringing the best of international content coupled with sophisticated online delivery to cater to the learning needs of working professionals,” associate professor, OB & HR, IIM Shillong, Rohit Dwivedi was quoted as saying by ABP Education.
