IIT Dhanbad has issued a notification for the recruitment of deputy registrars, assistant registrars, junior assistants and junior technicians.
The last date for submission of online application is November 4. Candidates need to apply online at iitism.ac.in.
In all, the recruitment will be conducted to fill up 191 vacancies.
Vacancy details:
- Junior Technician- 106 posts
- Junior Assistant- 74 posts
- Assistant Registrar- 8 posts
- Deputy Registrar- 3 posts

How to apply?
Applications are to be submitted online through application module available on the institute’s website www.iitism.ac.in under the head ‘recruitment’.
The requisite documents such as photograph, receipt of fee payment, degrees, experience certificate, category certificate etc should be uploaded in pdf format.
Printout of the submitted application form with all attachments is also required to be submitted to the Registrar, Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, Dhanbad – 826 004 (Jharkhand) before the scheduled date and time.
- The closing date for submission of online application is Nocvember11 (up to 05.30 pm)
- The last date for submission of the signed copy of downloaded copy of filled in online application form with all enclosures is November 11.
