IIT-Kharagpur Extends Deadline For Making Corrections In GATE 2022 Applications

Kharagpur: The IIT-Kharagpur has deferred the last date for making certain changes in the already submitted application forms of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2022).

The candidates can change the choice of city and make changes in gender, category and the paper till Monday, November 15. The students have to visit the website gate.iitkgp.ac.in to edit the application forms.

IIT-Kharagpur is conducting GATE 2022. However, two new papers — Geomatics Engineering and Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering — have been introduced in GATE 2022.

According to the website, the authorities removed Sonepat, Panipat and Idukki from the category of exam centres. Hence, candidates willing to appear from these cities now have to change their choice of exam centre.

GATE 2022 will be conducted on February 5, 6, 12 and 13 in two shifts on each day. It will be a computer-based test. The morning session will start at 9 am while the afternoon session will be from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
