IIT-Roorkee To Introduce Online PG Certificate Programmes In Data Science, AI & MLOps

Bhubaneswar: The Indian Institute of Technology IIT Roorkee is intending to start an online PG Certificate programme in the sector of IT for Data Sciences (DS), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning Operations (MLOPs) in association with CloudxLab.

The three PG certificate courses aim to equip learners to master deep technologies through comprehensive hands-on oriented learning,

Candidates who have done their undergraduate degrees will be eligible to enroll in these courses. The learners will also be given a week-long opportunity to stay at the IIT Roorkee campus in Uttarakhand. Candidates enrolling in the course will be getting access to a fully equipped online cloud lab so that they can try hands-on exercises included in the course efficiently.

Assistant professor at the department of computer science IIT Roorkee, Raksha Sharma, said, “Such a comprehensive hands-on oriented course will add great value to the profile of any technology aspirant and will equip them to solve industry-relevant problems with utmost efficacy.”

IIT Roorkee has floated applications to get enrolled in the course and the last date of applying is September 26. The first batch is likely intended to start on November 7. Interested candidates can find more details about the application process at cloudxlab.com/pg/iitr.
