HYDERABAD: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to open the online registration and application window for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 session 2 on January 31.
Candidates can register themselves and submit the application forms on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
The JEE Main 2025 session 2 examination is scheduled to be conducted from April 1 to 8.
According to the schedule released by the NTA, the last date for submitting applications for the JEE Mains 2025 session2 is February 24.
Candidates can also change details in the application forms after they are submitted. The NTA will issue a notice in this regard on the official website, the information bulletin for JEE Mains 2025 said.
How to register for JEE Mains 2025 session 2
Candidates who have applied for the session 1 can log into their accounts, complete the application form, and pay examination fee for the second session.
New candidates, who are appearing for JEE Main for the first time this year in session 2, have to register themselves before filling out the application forms, and paying examination fee.
How to apply for JEE Main Session 2 2025
Step 1: Go to the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Navigate to the session 2 registration page.
Step 3: New candidates need to fill out registration form while those appeared for the session 1 can skip this step.
Step 4: Log in to account and complete the application form.
Step 5: Upload the necessary documents
Step 6: Pay the examination fee
Step 7: Submitting the application form
Step 8: Take a printout of confirmation page for reference

Instructions for uploading documents
- Candidates need to upload scanned images of photograph, signature, class 10 or equivalent certificate/marks sheet and PwD/PwBD certificate (wherever applicable).
- The passport-size photo should be recent, in colour, with 80% face (without mask) visible, including ears and taken against a white background.
- The photograph should be named as ‘Photograph’ and in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible) between 10 kb to 300 kb.
- The signature file should be named as ‘Signature’ and in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible) between 10 kb to 50 kb.
- The scanned copy of class 10 or equivalent certificate/marks-sheet should be named as ‘Class-X Certificate’ and should be a pdf between 10 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).
- The scanned copy of PwD/PwBD certificate should be named as ‘Disability Certificate’ and should be a pdf between 10 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible).
