JNU Goes Online To Conduct Mid-Semester Exams Amid COVID-19 Lockdown
New Delhi: Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has commenced the mid-semester examinations in online mode from April 27 amid the nationwide lockdown due to coronavirus outbreak.
At present, the varsity is conducting exams for students of the School of Environmental Sciences pursuing MSc and MPhil/PhD degrees. The exams will conclude on May 4.
JNU Vice-Chancellor Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar confirmed the news on twitter.
In order to complete the academic requirements for the MSc and MPhil/PhD degrees, the School of Environmental Sciences, JNU has started the mid-semester exams using digital means from today until May 4, 2020. Way to go…

The university is also considering cancelling its summer vacations, however, there has been no official announcement so far.
Apart from this, the Ramayana School of JNU will be conducting an online webinar on Leadership Lessons from Ramayana on May 2 and 3 exclusively for its students, staff and faculty members.
