The Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM), 2021 entrance exam will be conducted on July 24, 2021 in pen and paper mode. Making this announcement, the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) of Kerala said, “Application process will commence soon for Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture, Medical and allied courses on the website of CEE, cee.kerala.gov.in.”
Paper 1, comprising Physics and Chemistry will be held in the morning session from 10 am to 12.30 pm, while Paper 2, comprising Mathematics, will be held in the afternoon session from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.
CEE, Kerala will conduct this test across multiple KEAM exam centers across Kerala, Delhi, Mumbai and Dubai. Candidates will have to answer 120 questions of four marks in each paper and for every incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted.
Candidates who have passed Kerala Higher Secondary Examination with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects and Chemistry as optional (to be substituted by Computer Science or Biotechnology or Biology, as the case may be) with at least 45% marks, can apply for the exam.
Candidates from SC, ST, SEBC and PWD categories will be given a relaxation of 5% marks. Candidates who clear KEAM, will be invited to participate in the counselling process. Admission to Engineering, Architecture and Medical courses will depend on the rank of candidates.
