KG Suresh Appointed As Vice-Chancellor Of Makhan Lal Chaturvedi University, Bhopal

Bhopal: Senior journalist and former Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) Director General Prof. KG Suresh was on Monday appointed Vice-Chancellor of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal.

Currently the Dean, School of Modern Media, University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) in Dehra Dun, Suresh has been appointed to the post for a period of four years.

Over the years, he has served as senior consulting editor of Doordarshan News, Editorial Consultant with Asianet News Network, Chief Political Correspondent of Press Trust of India and Group Media Advisor to Dalmia Bharat Enterprises Ltd.

Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, popularly known as Makhanlal University, is a state-funded university of the Madhya Pradesh government.
