KVS Balvatika Admissions 2025 Lottery Today, Check The Details
The results of draw of lot will be available on the KVS web portal https://balvatika.kvs.gov.in/ from 4 pm onwards on March 28, 2025.
NEW DELHI: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) will organise the draw of lots for the Balvatika on March 28.
The draw of lots for Balvatika 1 and 3 admissions, initially set for March 26, 2025, was postponed to March 28.
How to check results
Parents can track the draw’s schedule along with the region-wise details on the official website, kvsangathan.nic.in.
The rescheduling ensures a smooth and transparent selection process of the students.
The results will be announced at https://balvatika.kvs.gov.in/.
“Dear Parent, the result of the Draw of Lot will be available on the Portal from 4:00 PM onwards on March 28, 2025. For immediate results, parents are advised to visit or contact the respective school directly,” red a notification posted on the KVS website.
In another notification earlier, the KVS has announced: “The draw of lots for Balvatika- 1 & 3 (wherever applicable) is now scheduled to be held on 28.03.2025 instead of 26.03.2025 as communicated previously vide KVS(HQs) letter dated 17.03.2025.”
The notification also mentioned the schedule for the draw of lots for different region.

Registrations for Balvatika 1 and 3 admissions closed on March 24, 2025. As per KVS guidelines for the 2025-26 academic year, seat reservations will follow the prescribed admission criteria.
Age requirements
Balvatika 1: 3 to 4 years
Balvatika 2: 4 to 5 years
Balvatika 3: 5 to 6 years
(All ages as of March 31, 2025.)
Fee exemption under RTE Act
In line with the Right to Education (RTE) Act of 2009, students admitted under the 25% reserved quota will not be required to pay any fee. Additionally, those admitted to Class 1 under this quota will continue to receive exemptions and concessions up to Class 8.
