Bhubaneswar: Some major recruitment exams have been slotted by the Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) from July 18.
The exams that have been scheduled were postponed in light of the COVID-19 surge in the state and the subsequent lockdowns.
The major exams that have been scheduled are the junior assistant preliminary exam, combined police service exam 2018 and 2019.
As many as 18 exams, including the above ones, are scheduled till August 27. “The schedules are subject to change depending on the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Candidates are advised to be in regular touch with the website, ossc.gov.in, for more updates,” the Commission said.
Meanwhile, the Odisha government has decided to extend restrictions in the state till July 16.
