Bhopal: The State Education Centre, Madhya Pradesh, has released the MP Board Class 5th and 8th results 2025. Students can check their scores at rskmp.in.

This year, 11,68,866 students appeared for the Class 8 exams, out of which 10,52,256 passed, achieving an overall pass percentage of 90.02%. 

Meanwhile, 11,17,961 students took the Class 5 board exam, and 10,36,368 cleared it, resulting in an impressive pass percentage of 92.70%. 

The examinations were conducted from February 24 to March 5, 2025, and the evaluation process involved checking 22.85 lakh answer sheets at 322 centers by a team of more than 19,000 evaluators.

How to Check MP Board Class 5th and 8th Results 2025

  • Enter the roll number and date of birth in the required fields.
  • Click submit to view the result.
  • Download and print the scorecard for future reference.

The pass percentages for different categories of students reveals notable trends. In Class 8, government school students had a pass percentage of 89.13%, with 6,65,416 out of 7,46,539 students clearing the exam. In private schools, 91.73% of students passed, with 3,85,235 out of 4,19,957 cutting. Among Madarsa students, the pass percentage stood at 67.72%, with 1,605 out of 2,370 students passing.

Similarly, in Class 5, government schools recorded a pass percentage of 93.24%, as 6,26,613 out of 6,72,020 students successfully passed. Private school students achieved a pass rate of 91.99%, with 4,07,377 out of 4,42,846 students passing. Madarsa students performed relatively better than their Class 8 counterparts, with 76.83% of them passing, as 2,378 out of 3,095 students cleared the exam.

For those who wish to request subject-wise re-totaling, applications can be submitted through their schools between April 3 and April 17, 2025. The board will provide detailed guidelines regarding this process.

Comparing these results to previous years, the overall pass percentage has seen a considerable improvement.

However, in 2023, the pass rate for Class 5 stood at 82.27%, with 9,70,701 out of 11,79,883 students clearing the exam. Additionally, last year, 48.3% of girls and 51.7% of boys passed Class 5, while in Class 8, 48.4% of girls and 51.6% of boys were successful.
