HYDERABAD: The Office of STEM Engagement at National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is accepting applications for paid internships for both college and high school students in gaining hands-on experience in STEM disciplines, including science and technology as well as non-engineering roles.
NASA’s OSTEM internships are of 10 weeks duration, either in-person at a NASA centre or in virtual mode. The deadline for submitting applications is February 28, 2025.
Interns will collaborate with NASA engineers, scientists, and industry expert on cutting-edge projects, which will expose them to valuable experience that will provide them with an advantage in their career.
Eligibility criteria
- Must be an United States citizen
- 16 years of age or older as of the application date
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Be an enrolled full-time high school or college student, or an enrolled part-time college student with a minimum of six semester hours
- Have completed a minimum of 15 semester hours or 23 quarter hours before applying
- Open to Both STEM and Non-STEM Students
- Although STEM students are highly encouraged to apply, non-engineering students also have chances in other fields such as Information Technology, Security, Communications, Business Administration
