NBE Postpones NEET 2021 PG Exams After NMC Report

New Delhi: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) has been postponed by the National Board of Education (NBE) until further notice, according to a notification on the official website, reported NDTV.

The notification comes in the light of National Medical Commission stating that the conduct of NEET 2021 PG exam is under discussion by the Boards of the Commission in consultation with the stakeholders.

The notification reads, “National Medical Commission (NMC) has informed that the matter of conduct of NEET-PG 2021 is being considered by the UG & PG Boards of the Commission in consultation with the stakeholders. In view of the aforementioned communication from NMC, the provisional schedule for conduct of NEET PG 2021 as announced by NBE on September 16, 2020 stands deferred till further notice.”
