NEET PG Counselling 2024 Cut-Off Percentile Lowered, Check The Details

The decision taken by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in consultation with the NMC aims to expand the pool of eligible candidates.

NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced a reduction in the cut-off percentile for NEET PG Counselling 2024.

The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), took the decision in consultation with the National Medical Commission (NMC), to expand the pool of eligible candidates, said a notice issued by the MCC.

Revised eligibility criteria for NEET PG Counselling 2024

General/EWS Category: Candidates securing 15 percentile and above can participate in the counselling.

SC/ST/OBC/PwD Category: Candidates securing 10 percentile and above are eligible to participate.

The Medical Counselling Committee has advised the candidates to remain updated by visiting its official website, https://mcc.nic.in/  and the NBEMA website, https://natboard.edu.in/ for information, including the counselling schedule and scorecard details.

As the cut-off has been revised, the counselling result is expected to be declared soon. The counselling result will be uploaded to the official website in the PDF format, comprising details such as roll number, allotted institute and course, category, etc.

The MCC has conducted two rounds of NEET PG 2024 counselling online.

Candidates need to register online and declare choices to participate in the counselling rounds. A separate seat allotment result is released for each counselling rounds.
