New Delhi: The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has on Wednesday released the date sheet for the Class X and Class XII examinations on its official website.
The class XII examination will begin from October 3 and the Class X examination from October 4.
Practical exams for both Class X and Class XII will be held from September 16 to September 30. The exams will be conducted in the respective accreditated institutions.

The results of the examination are likely to be declared in six weeks after the last date of the examination, NIOS has said in a communication. A copy of the result will be communicated to the accredited institutions immediately after the declaration of the results and will also be available on the NIOS website www.nios.ac.in
NIOS was set up in 1989 as an autonomous organisation by the Human Resource Development ministry.
