NTA Issues UGC NET 2025 Provisional Answer Keys For June Session
Students who wrote the exam can download provisional answer scripts from the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer keys for the UGC NET June Session exams.
Students who have appeared for the exam can download the provisional answer scripts from the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
Candidates will need their application number, date of birth and Captcha code to check NTA responses and their answers.
“The Provisional Answer Key(s) for UGC – NET June 2025 Examination conducted from 25th June 2025 to 29th June 2025 along with the Question Paper with Recorded Responses are available on the website https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in/ for candidates to challenge,” a notification issued by the NTA said.

This year, the June session was conducted between June 25 and 29 for the candidates who want to be eligible for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), appointment as an assistant professor, and admission to PhD courses in India.
How to download UGC NET June 2025 answer key
Step 1: Visit the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in
Step 2: Log in using application number, date of birth and Captcha code.
Step 3: Download answer script provided by the NTA, and download your answer script also.
Step 4: Candidates need to match the answer script using the question ID provided.
Step 5: In case of objections, candidates will have to select the answer they find correct and have to attach a PDF for the evidence supporting their claim
Step 6: Pay the fees and download the receipt.
Raising objection
Students need to deposit a fee of Rs 200 per question challenged as a non-refundable processing fee. Aspirants will be able to challenge the provisional answer keys between July 6 and July 8 up to 5 PM. The last date for payment is July 8.
The payment of the processing fee has to be completed through Credit Card/ Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI Payment Modes till 8 July up to 5 PM.
The NTA will not accept any challenges without receipt of the processing fee. The challenges made by students will not be accepted through any other mode.
Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by the panel of subject experts.
If the challenge of any candidate is correct, the IGC NET answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly.
Based on the revised UGC NET final answer key, the result will be prepared and declared.
No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance or non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key finalized by the experts after the challenge will be final.
