New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) 2021 again. The national testing body has issued a notification in this regard.
It may be recalled that the NTA had rescheduled the examination dates for UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles only on September 3.
The revised dates of examination were declared from October 17 to October 25, 2021. Earlier, the exam was scheduled for October 6-8 and October 17-19.
“Several requests have been received from candidates regarding the clash with some other major examinations. Hence, NTA has decided to postpone the UGC NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycles,” the NTA said in its latest notice.
According to the notification, the NTA will announce the revised dates for the UGC-NET December 2020 and June 2021 cycle soon.
