Bhubaneswar: lately, educationists have realized the significance of education that addresses the overall development of a child, and not just the academic aspect. Keeping this in view, the Advisor cum working President of OAVS, Dr Bijaya Kumar Sahoo, organized a tour for a team of 40 Principals and staff of OAVS, along with Lingaraj Panda IAS the State Project Director, OAVS (Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan), to Bhubaneswar-based SAI International School on Friday, February 10.
Dr Sahoo, while interacting with the team, said how OAVs can become a benchmark in CBSE quality education for all students. He further said that it is important for schools to create a happy learning environment for the children to raise a happy nation.
Dr Sahoo suggested some concepts and that can be implemented at OAVs and goals to be set, for all round development of each child, with an on output and outcome.

Speaking about the tour, Panda said, “It was a bountiful experience for the Principals”. “I am thankful to Dr Sahoo for organizing the trip to the two schools, it was indeed a great learning for all and we can definitely emulate SAI International processes and practices for the cause of quality education, after all educated children will lead to an educated and wise India,” he added.
