Bhubaneswar: The state government has issued the detailed procedure for Plus III e-admission in various degree and autonomous colleges in Odisha for the academic session 2020-21.
In a letter to the principals of all the colleges, Higher Education department has directed to follow the modalities for smooth implementation of e-admission process under the Student Academic Management System (SAMS).
However, the government has not mentioned the exact dates of the commencement of registration and admission process, which will be conducted in phased manner and would have a three-round process.
According to a notification, it’s not mandatory to upload certificates or mark sheet during the application. Mark sheets and certificates will be verified subsequently. The entire process will be in online mode.
It may be recalled that the state government has ordered to keep the schools and colleges shut till August 31 in view of increasing number of COVID-19 cases in the state as well as the country.
