Bengaluru: The Odisha Joint Entrance Exam (OJEE) Committee has released the provisional merit list for the Odisha National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2024 with the final merit list is likely to be released today (August 20, 2024).
Candidates, who registered for the MBBS and BDS counselling process, can access the Odisha NEET UG 2024 Counselling merit list on the official website- ojee.nic.in.
As per the Odisha NEET counselling 2024 provisional list, a total of 5,417 candidates are eligible to participate in the process. Notably, the final list will be out after taking into account the grievances of candidates, deadline for which ended at 5 PM on Monday.
After the final list is out, candidates have to appear for the counselling with following documents:

Candidates attending the Odisha NEET Counselling 2024 must have the following documents:
- NEET UG 2024 admit card
- NEET UG 2024 scorecard
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
- Class 10 and 12 pass certificates
- NEET UG 2024 rank card
- Domicile certificate (if applicable)
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Identity proof (Aadhaar card, Passport, etc.)
- Passport-size photographs
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Medical certificate (if required by the institute)
- Bank account details and fee payment receipt
Counselling process:
- First, eligible candidates must register online on the official Odisha NEET counselling website.
- After registration, candidates need to pay the required counselling fee to participate.
- Then, document verification is carried out either online or at designated centres. Based on NEET scores and eligibility, a merit list is published.
- Candidates then proceed to select and lock their preferred colleges and courses during the choice filling and locking stage.
- Seats are allotted according to the merit list and the choices made by the candidates.
- Then, those candidates report to their respective colleges within the specified timeframe to complete the admission formalities.
