Bhubaneswar: Schools in Odisha is set to resume for class VIII students on Monday, October 25 after remaining closed for more than a year due to the COVID-19 situation in the state.
According to the School and Mass Education Department’s SOP, classes for standard VIII students will be conducted between 9 am and 12.30 pm.
Students can attend the offline classes after taking prior permission from the parents/guardians though the online classes will continue.
Also, students will not be served cooked mid-day meals, instead, they will be provided dry ration as earlier, said the SOP.
For Class XI students, offline classes had already on October 21.
