Bhubaneswar: Applications have been invited by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) for the recruitment of 80 assistant directors (law) in group B of the Odisha Secretariat Service in the Home Department.
The application is set to start on November 26 and the last date for the submission of forms is December 24.
Candidates between 23 and 35 years with a bachelor’s degree in law and knowledge in computer applications are allowed to apply for the post.
The authorities will shortlist the candidates on the basis of a written test, skill test in computer applications followed by a viva voce.
According to OPSC, the written test will be of 360 marks, the skill test 40 marks and the viva voce 50 marks. For the written exam, the qualifying mark is 45 per cent for unreserved and SEBC candidates and 40 per cent for SC and ST candidates in each paper. The written exam will be conducted in Cuttack or Bhubaneswar.
