Bhubaneswar: The online and offline evaluation of the annual Plus II examination papers will begin in Odisha from June 1.
More than 4000 teachers will evaluate the papers at 36 centres in two shifts from 7.30 am to 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
As decided by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), online evaluation of Science and Commerce papers will be held in the first phase. While Science papers will be evaluated from June 1, Commerce papers will be taken up thereafter.
In the second phase, the offline evaluation of the Arts and Vocational Education papers will be held.
The CHSE has identified 34 government colleges and two private colleges for the evaluation of the papers.
The 34 government colleges are Fakir Mohan Autonomous College and UN College in Balasore, Bhadrak Autonomous College in Bhadrak, Rajendra Autonomous College in Balangir, JKBK College, Sailabala Women’s College and Salepur Autonomous College in Cuttack, SVM College in Jagatsinghpur district, NC Autonomous College and VN College in Jajpur, Government College in Angul, Dhenkanal Autonomous College in Dhenkanal, SBR Government Women’s College and City College in Berhampur, Bhawanipatna Autonomous College in Bhawanipatna, Khadial College in Nuapada, DD Autonomous College in Keonjhar, Vikram Deb Autonomous College in Jeypore, Government College, Rayagada, MPC College, Mayurbhanj, Government College, Phulbani, BJB Junior College, Maharishi College of Natural Law and Rajdhani College in Bhubaneswar, PN Autonomous College in Khurda, Nayagarh Autonomous College in Nayagarh, SCS College in Puri, Panchayat College in Bargarh, LN College in Jharsuguda, Kuchinda College in Sambalpur, Sushilavati Government Women’s College and Government Autonomous College in Rourkela and Government College in Sundargarh.
Taking note that some centres have been declared as government quarantine centres, two separate entries have been made to them by putting up barricades.
