PM Modi To Address Mysore University’s Centenary Convocation Via Video-Conferencing
Mysore: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address University of Mysore’s centenary convocation via video-conferencing on Monday.
Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) issued a statement regarding this on Saturday. The statement said that the Karnataka governor, along with other dignitaries, would be in attendance. Also, the members of the syndicate and the academic council, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, statutory officers, district officers and students and parents will witness the ceremony online, according to Hindustan Times.
The University of Mysore — the sixth university in India and first in Karnataka — was established in 1916.
