Pokhriyal Launches MyNEP2020 Platform To Seek Inputs & Suggestions From All Stakeholders

New Delhi: Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal on Thursday launched the ‘MyNEP2020’ platform of NCTE web portal.

Suggestions/inputs/membership from stakeholders are being invited through this platform to help prepare a draft for development of National Professional Standards for Teachers (NPST) and National Mission for Mentoring Programme membership (NMM).

The MyNEP2020 platform will be operational from April 1 to May 15, 2021.

The government is encouraging participation of teachers, education professionals, academicians and other stakeholders through digital consultation so that documents can be prepared on teacher policy for sustainable and positive change in Teacher’s Education Sector, as per recommendations of NEP 2020.

An expert committee will review the inputs during consultation period before formulating the drafts for public review. Comments by the reviewers from among stakeholders will then be used to prepare a final draft for notification.
