Bathinda: Union Minister for Education, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ said that the proper implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is only possible if the students and teachers are trained.
According to Pokhriyal, the NEP 2020 is revolutionary in all aspects, as it focusses on several aspects like promoting native language at primary level education, vocational skills training for students at the secondary level and other innovative reforms, according to news agency PTI.
The minister put forward the success mantra of ‘Perform, Reform and Transform’ for successful implementation of all new imperatives of NEP 2020 essential for changing the society and transforming the life of youth for evolving global peace, according to an official release quoted by PTI.
Pokhriyal earlier inaugurated the two-day Virtual International Akhand Conference ‘EDUCON 2020’ via video-conference.
