Professor Kamal Jeet Singh Appointed Madhusudan Law University Vice-Chancellor

Bhubaneswar: Professor Kamal Jeet Singh was appointed the vice-chancellor of the Madhusudan Law University by Chancellor of Universities and Odisha Governor, Ganeshi Lal. The appointment was done in exercise of powers conferred by Sub Section (1) read with Sub Section (7) of Section 6 of the Odisha Universities (Amendment) Act 2020.

Professor Singh has been appointed for four years effective from the date he assumes office or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Presently working as a Member of the Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission, Singh has 27 years of teaching experience and has authored two books.

Professor Singh has successfully guided 17 PhD scholars and 100 LLM students.
