Pune: The schools in Pune is not reopening anytime soon in view of the persisting COVID-19 pandemic throughout Maharashtra. The situation would be reviewed next month and call will be taken thereafter, the civic body said on Sunday.
According to a PTI report, the decision on reopening schools will be taken after a review meeting scheduled for January 3, it said.
It is learnt that reopening of schools depends on the outcome of the stakeholders’ meetings, including the parents.
