Puri District Collectorate Invites Applications For 31 Shikshya Sahayak Posts

The District Collector of Puri has invited applications from eligible candidates for filling up 31 posts of Shikshya Sahayaks in High Schools, Ashram Schools and Seveshram Schools in Puri District. The details regarding educational qualification, service condition, the process of selection and prescribed application form can be downloaded from the district website: www.puri.nic.in .

The last date for receiving applications is December 13, 2019.

• TGT Arts – 06 posts
• +2 I.Sc CT – 03 posts
• +2 I.A CT – 15 posts

Age Limit

The candidates must be between 18 -32 years as on October 13, 2019. Age relaxation of 5 years in case of SC/ST/ SEBC/Women candidates.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum qualification required for +2 CT Shikshya Shahyaks (Science, Arts) is higher secondary pass with at least 50 per cent marks and two years Diploma in Education.
• Minimum qualification required for posts of B.A B.Ed Shikshya Sahayak– the candidates must have passed B.A/B Sc/B.Com from a recognised University and a Degree in Bachelor of Education ( From an institute recognised by NCTE and affiliated to a recognised university).

Selection Process

Selection will be made only on the basis of merit, i.e. the percentage obtained in the educational and professional qualifications of the candidates.
