New Delhi: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) began the registration process for UPSC Indian Forest Service (IFS) Exam 2022 on Wednesday (February 2). The last date to apply for the examination is till February 22, 2022.
Aspirants can apply online through the official site of UPSC on upsc.gov.in.
There are around 151 vacancies that are to be filled after the examination result.
The selection process
The Indian Forest Service Examination will consist of two successive stages.
Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination (Objective type) for the selection of candidates for the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination and Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination (Written and Interview) for the selection of candidates for the Indian Forest Service.
Candidates who will surpass these examinations will be selected for these vacancies.
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on August 1, 2022.
