The Sainik Schools Society has opened its online application portal only for girl students for admission to Sainik Schools at Bijapur (Karnataka), Chandrapur (Maharashtra), Ghorakal (Uttarakhand), Kalikiri (Andhra Pradesh), and Kodagu (Karnataka).
The application portal is open from November 26, 2019 to December 06, 2019.
Sainik School Society had, earlier, concluded the application process for All India Sainik School Entrance Exam (AISSEE) on October 31, 2019.
The AISSEE is held to select students for admission to Class- 6 and Class- 9. AISSEE 2020 will be held on January 05, 2020. The entrance exam will be OMR-based. The prescribed marks for class 6 entrance test is 300 and for class 9 entrance test is 400.
Interested girl students can apply for the AISSEE through the official website: www.sainikschooladmission.in . For admission to Class 6, child should be between 10 and 12 years, and for admission to Class 9, child should be between 13 and 15 years as on March 31, 2020.
Registration Fee
- For candidates belonging to the general and Defence students category it is Rs 400/-.
- For SC/ST candidates it is Rs 250/-.
How to Apply for AISSEE 2020
- Candidates are to visit the official website for online registration and fill up the required details in the link provided. The official link is sainikschooladmission.in .
- Candidates are to upload recent colour Passport-size photographs (not older than six months before the registration)
- Candidates are to upload Birth Certificate, Domicile Certificate and caste certificate.
- Candidates will the have to then submit application fee via Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.
- Candidates are advised to verify all the details that they have entered in the application form and documents uploaded and if required make necessary changes before submitting the application.
- After making online payment, candidates can submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
