SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2025 Revised Schedule, City Intimation Slip Released

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the dates and city intimation slip for the SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2025.

The exam for 14,582 vacancies under Group B and Group C posts will now be conducted from 12 September to 26 September 2025, said a notification.

How To Download SSC CGL City Intimation Slip 2025

Step 1: Visit the official SSC website, ssc.nic.in

Step 2: Click the link “Status/Download City Intimation Slip for SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1” on home page.

Step 3: Click on the link and enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and Date of Birth / Password.

Step 4: Submit the details and the city intimation slip will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Check your exam city, date, and shift details carefully.

Step 6: Download and take a printout for reference

Admit card

The SSC CGL Tier 1 admit card will be issued two to three days before the exam date.

Candidates need to download hall tickets from the regional SSC websites and carry it to the examination centre along with valid ID proof.

Selection process

The recruitment process for SSC CGL 2025 includes two stages: Tier 1 and Tier 2. There will be no interview in the selection process, making the written exam performance crucial for securing a post.
