Mumbai: Indians students interested in studying Liberal Arts have had to travel to western world. But not anymore. They will get the same quality education here in India to do a Liberal Arts programme thanks to Bennett University’s Liberal Arts Program that has been launched in 2020.
The programme will offer a three-year degree course allowing the students to pace their learning and decide the course they want to pursue. Moreover, there will be an opportunity for them to do an additional one year Post Graduate Diploma in their chosen area of study post the degree course.
An interesting feature of this programme is the students won’t have to choose their Major in the first year itself. They will get to cultivate their area of interest for one full year and then decide on the Major in the second year.
In the second year too, the students would have a wide range of subjects to choose a Major from. Philosophy, Psychology, Business Studies, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising & Public Relations, Economics, Political Science, English Literature and Finance will be on offer to choose from.
