New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear pleas challenging the final-year exam guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) on August 14.
With the Supreme Court’s verdict scheduled for tomorrow, the students have taken their demand to the microblogging site and are running campaign #NoMoreWaitUGC. The final year students are demanding cancellation of exams, promotion on the basis of past performance and degree allotment so that they can take admission for higher studies.

#NoMoreWaitUGC we want justice, we can’t wait for our degrees. Even we students r humans, when politician’s and celebrities can get this virus even after taking such safety measures. A normal student can get easily when he/she will appear for exam@AmitShah @narendramodi @KTRTRS

Who is responsible for this?@DrRPNishank ur stupidity & arrogance has put the lives of millions of students in danger. Everyone knows that the decision to hold the exam has been announced by the #UGC, but #BJP is the dictator who made that decision.#NoMoreWaitUGC@narendramodi pic.twitter.com/DGTb6K29Dn

Even a parody account of the Union Education Minister joined the trend train.
As Final Year Students have taken 7 semester exams and internals for 8th sem, it makes no sense to hold their degrees only for one exam.
To help them with their jobs and further studies, I am immediately awarding degrees on past performance
