The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) will announce the Class X board examination results on July 3. Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath said that the results will be out at 9 am. More than 39,000 students appeared for the board examinations.
The Supreme Court had ordered the cancellation of all Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) examinations in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. TBSE also followed suit by calling off the examinations of Class X (old syllabus), Class XII including Madrassa Fazil Theology, Madrassa Alim (new and old syllabus), and Madrassa Fazil Arts.
“The TBSE will decide about the evaluation process of these pending examinations and the same will be announced within few days,” Nath told the media. All pending examinations were scheduled to take place on June 5 but were postponed owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.
